Ray White’s Leesa Paull – Business Development Executive brings positivity back to the office

There is nothing like working with a great administrator who possesses an air of positivity. Our clients who have access to great Admin Staff know that to make a workplace feel less like hard work and more like a proactive, welcoming, collaborative environment  – a Super-Star Administrator is all you need! Meet Leesa Paull, Business Development Executive Administration for Ray White, interviewed by our very own Talent Manager, Nia Lloyd.

Tell us a bit about yourself, and your role.

My passion lies in Administration, I am so fortunate to work with so many wonderful administrators in the Ray White Group. I love having the opportunity to share my knowledge on working in an office environment and creating great administration tools to help an Administrator get more organised in their role. I am the Queen of the “perfect week” and believe having great time management and communication skills are also essential in this role.

How has the return to working back in the office been for you?

I have recently returned to our office on a full-time basis, although working from home was very productive, it is great to be back working alongside my team. Being back in the office has allowed more productivity, collaboration and I feel more connected with my team. It is also great to get back into a healthy routine with no more ISO snacks.

What is the best career advice you have received?

You can do anything with a positive attitude, better than you can do it with a negative one.
